Due to no fault of my own, I was in a car accident in which a 15-year-old unlicensed driver hit my car and totaled it. After dealing briefly with 2 different attorneys, who showed very little interest in my case, I was referred to the Brandy Austin Law Firm by a family member. The moment I met with their firm representative (Kelly) I felt an immediate confidence and reassurance that they were going to do everything they could to help me and to resolve my case. I felt like they were going to make right the had been done to me. They treated my case as if it was their number one priority. They made sure my time was well spent, by taking the case completely into their hands, and making sure I was only involved in the big decisions. Their approach in handling my case allowed me to to continue with my busy life and schedule of working full time for a non profit, taking care of my son who deals with specials needs, going to school full time and working on my PhD, volunteer coaching in the Miracle League and with other community events, and helping my husband to manage our home. The Staff was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing! I have since referred other people to Brand Austin and will continue to do so.
